As the Fatty Crew has grown over the past six years, Rick has guided the business through both booming times and the more challenging, a skill that takes great care and strategic decision making. Highly regarded amongst staff, investors and colleagues, Rick leads by example with a work ethic that would exhaust the Energizer bunny. When he does find time to decompress, he’s most likely eating his way around the city – partly for research, and partly because he simply loves the industry. Prior to entering the restaurant business, Rick spent 15+ years owning, managing and operating technology firms.
